Our Privacy Promise
At Sorellahood, consent isn’t just a workshop topic — it’s how we operate. The same respect for boundaries and choice that we teach your members is the standard we hold for your information. Here’s our promise, in plain language.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form: your name, email address, campus, your role, and your message. We don’t run trackers, ad pixels, or analytics profiles that follow you around the web.
How we use it
We use your information for one reason: to reply to you and plan the programming you asked about. That’s it. We will not add you to a marketing list, sell your details, or contact you about anything you didn’t ask for without your clear, prior consent.
Your email address is safe with us
Email addresses you share — and ours — are handled with care. We never publish your address, never trade or sell contact lists, and never expose your information to third parties for their own marketing. Our own addresses are protected on this site against automated harvesting, and yours receives the same respect.
Cookies — essential only
This website uses only essential cookies — the kind required to keep the site secure and working (for example, the security and anti-bot protection provided by our infrastructure partner, Cloudflare). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling. There’s nothing to opt out of, because we never opted you in.
We never sell or share your data
Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or shared with outside parties without your strict, explicit consent given beforehand. The only exception is the trusted service providers who help us deliver the site and respond to you — such as our email-delivery and hosting infrastructure — and they may only process your information to provide that service, never for their own purposes.
If we are ever legally required to disclose information, or if our handling of your data ever changes, we will tell you clearly and seek your consent where required.
Your choices
You’re always in control. At any time you can ask us what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — and we’ll honor that promptly. Just reach out using the contact options on our site.
A note on care: Sorellahood provides educational and wellness programming — not therapy, counseling, or crisis services. Please don’t share clinical or crisis details through our contact form. If you or a sister is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — free, confidential, and available 24/7.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you’d like to exercise any of your choices, we’d genuinely like to hear from you. Reach us through the contact form on our homepage.
