A program of Elina Health

Stronger sisters.
Safer chapters.

Sorellahood partners with sorority chapters, Panhellenic councils, and national headquarters to protect and empower members through the moments that matter most — with prevention-first programming that actually feels like sisterhood, not a seminar.

Why we exist

Not another mental health lecture.

Your members have sat through the compliance modules. They’ve heard the scare tactics. Sorellahood is different: feminine, modern, peer-centered programming that teaches women to recognize crisis before it happens — red flags, coercion, toxic relationships, unsafe situations — while building the confidence and leadership culture that keeps chapters strong.

  • Prevention-first, never fear-based
  • Risk reduction leadership boards can stand behind
  • Retention and culture outcomes chapters can measure
  • Real-world self-defense and situational awareness — our signature

The Sorellahood Red Zone Initiative

The first 90 days decide everything.

From move-in through Thanksgiving, new members face the highest-risk window of their college experience — new freedom, new social pressure, and no map. One preventable incident can change a chapter forever. The Red Zone Initiative equips every member to protect herself and her sisters from day one.

Respond

How to help a friend in crisis, intervene as a sister, and connect to real support — without drama, judgment, or delay.

Rise

Our story

Founded by mothers. Backed by Elina Health.

Sorellahood — from sorella, Italian for sister — grew out of Elina Health, the Grapevine, Texas wellness practice founded by two mothers, Elise and Tina Marie. After years of guiding young women through the transition to college with our Young Women’s Intensive Course, we built Sorellahood to bring that same prevention-first preparation to the place sisterhood lives: the chapter.

Our facilitators are experts in mental wellness, advocacy, and self-defense. When a member needs more than programming, the Elina Health network provides a trusted path to licensed clinical care.
