Our story
Sorellahood — from sorella, Italian for sister — grew out of Elina Health, the Grapevine, Texas wellness practice founded by two mothers, Elise and Tina Marie. After years of guiding young women through the transition to college with our Young Women’s Intensive Course, we built Sorellahood to bring that same prevention-first preparation to the place sisterhood lives: the chapter.
Our facilitators are experts in mental wellness, advocacy, and self-defense. When a member needs more than programming, the Elina Health network provides a trusted path to licensed clinical care.

Every month is a natural starting point.
No. Sorellahood provides educational and wellness programming — not therapy, counseling, or crisis care. When a member needs clinical support, the Elina Health network provides a trusted path to licensed professionals. If you or a sister is in crisis, call or text 988.
The Red Zone is the period from fall move-in through Thanksgiving break, when more than half of campus sexual assaults occur and new members face the highest-risk window of their college experience. Our Red Zone Initiative equips every member with red-flag awareness, intervention skills, and hands-on self-defense before that window opens.
We're based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and serve campuses across Texas in person — and chapters nationwide through travel and virtual programming, conference keynotes, and licensed curriculum.
No — Sorellahood is independent and works with chapters of all organizations, as well as Panhellenic councils, Fraternity & Sorority Life offices, and national headquarters. We are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any Greek organization.
Every partnership is scoped to your chapter — the number of programs, delivery format, travel, and customization. Most chapters choose an annual partnership with 4–6 touchpoints across the year, but you can also start with a single session.
